Being the single point of contact and coordinator for all activities during the tendering process, such as coordinating the pre-qualification process, preparing the tender documents (ITB and draft contract), issuing the invitation to tender, conducting the pre-bid meeting, including the clarification period, conducting the bid opening, coordinating the technical evaluation, including the response for technical and legal exceptions, leading the commercial evaluation, negotiationg togewither withe contract holder (user), preparing and presenting the bid evaluation and contract award recommendation to the Tender Committee, Chevron Management, and Iraq Upstream Agency.

Maintain close coordination with Global Category Managers ftor getting input related to best practices, contract standardization, and market intelligence, in order to get the best possible contract for the Rovi, Sarta, and Qara Dagh Bblocks.
