“You are a hero!” That is a statement a lot of people strive for. But most don’t understand the hardships and perseverance needed to have those words spoken to youthem. Whether you are a first responder or, a member of the military, or a simple citizen, everyoneeach of you has somebody to look up to or peoplesomeone looking up to you. For example, if you are at the bare bottom of the salary food chain and you want to get more money, you set goals for yourself. The same is if you are at the top, you set goals for yourself to keep growing, because the second you settle down it's hard to get going again.

There are people who get up every day that get up and make sure that others are safe, and have a home/safe place to gogo to. There are also others thatwho wake up every day and want to kill, but they are also looked up to by people who aspire to be them. While every day people are doing nothing but worrying about themselves, the heroes are out there doing something for others. With that alsoThat being said, everyone has the potential to be someone's hero and does not even know it. Even just going out of your way to hold the door open for someone else could change how they way you viewed theyour day.
No matter what you do, someone is always looking up to you whether you like it or not. Not once has someone never focused on themselves, but if you focus on yourself too much you start to believe that you are the best - and that is simply not true.
